Went to the zoo with my friends this weekend, brought my camera along. Kind of a pain with all the people, but still found enjoyment out of it...and it was nice to finally go shooting again lol. Here are some of the shots worth showing...enjoy
Some of the lighting was pretty harsh due to the high noon sun. Nothing I could really do to avoid it. All shots are taken with my 70-200mm f/4L lens. A lot of the animals were a decent distance away so I used 200mm quite a lot lol. Shot on aperture priority at f/4 cause I was too lazy to manual do shutter speed, and i had no worries it would drop below a usable handholding speed, shot at 100 ISO.

thanks my favorite is the monkey i can't wait to get to the zoo in chicago, the one in indianapolis is kind of weak imo, the brookfield zoo is much bigger.
