*Disclaimer - No studies have been performed to verify the world famousness...and i'm actually the only one that has had them...buut they are famous

There are no exact measurements, it's different all the time, that's the fun in it. To cook I prefer to use a regular frying pan and start out cool. You may prefer a griddle or a frying pan starting out hot, but if you start out cool, it cooks it in an interesting manner, you'd just have to try to see, it's hard to describe.
I use 1 to 2 eggs, depending on size/amount of bread or if i want to fry the left over egg. Then I throw in a little Vanilla, mines straight from Mexico so it's pretty good quality. If you've ever had Vanilla from Mexico you know it's way better than the extract you get at the store here. Then I look through my spices, i throw in any of the following: cinnamon and sugar, cinnamon by itself, nutmeg, all spice, and ginger. Really I just use whatever I have that might be good in it. Some may put milk in the mix, however, I think it degrades from the taste. Whip'er up real nice. Always use high quality bread as well, you can have the best egg mix in the world, but it won't make good french toast out of [censored] bread. I typically use some variation of wheat or whole grain bread because that's what i readily have available.
Cooking: Like i said, i start out cool with a frying pan, after you place pieces of toast on the pan, I like to sprinkle extra spices on to the uncooked side before flipping. and throwing some cinnamon on the pan smells yummy

Flip, remove when cooked to preference. remove, add butter and maybe some powdered sugar and serve with warm maple syrup

Leftover egg: I like to add salt and pepper to this mix as well as come cheddar. I also add a bit of butter to the mix to add some flavor to the eggs. Fry however you like.
Nothing really special, but that's what makes it special, its simplicity. I prefer this over just about any french toast from a restaurant or any other french toast i've had.
