Ok guys since the majority of the spyder guru's are here, I've been contemplating a question I've had.

Is it possible to have to large of a lpc (to much volume) and cause shoot down due to it? I'll tell ya why I'm asking, a guy at my local field last year had a 12" long piece of 1/2 copper pipe in place of his lpc. He seemed to be having velocity problems all day with it but I just steered clear of him to find out his exact problems.

Like Mike said, the LPC is just a chamber to hold air. Unless he is running a crazy fast set up (eframe) or an uber low pressure set up where the extra volume would help in long strings of shots, he should not need anything near that size. The restriction of the front block will hurt more in a fast Eframe set up.

As far as fixing it, just go through the normal Spyder fixes.

Always looking for Sterling, Intimadator & Spyder stuff.

Thanks guys I was just unsure if it could possibly starve the marker for air.
