Our KOT is set up based on the idea of having a relaxed environment for everyone to enjoy. We allow shenanigans here that most forums would disallow. That being said, we don't have many rules, but the ones we do have are very important and will be enforced. Please take a second to look them over, have fun, and enjoy your stay here in Our KOT!

Forum Rules

1. No pornography or links to sites with pornography. This website will be shutdown if pornography is allowed. Pornography includes posting images with obvious nudity, exposed genitals or female nipples. Links to pornography or links to sites with pornography are a bannable offense. This includes indirect links, photos or videos with the url linked or displayed. We allow members to post images of persons who are wearing very little clothing but do not qualify as pornography. Those images will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and can be removed at the discretion of a staff member. Again, all images must have any link or address that links to somewhere with pornography removed.

2. Disturbing photos are not allowed. Yes, fat [censored] need lovin' too, but they don't need to be displayed here on Our KoT. If you're into that kind of stuff, more power to ya, just don't bring that nonsense here. Any images of overweight and/or unattractive women, men in sexy poses (fat, skinny, etc), and anything else deemed inappropriate will be deleted without notice. Please use common sense with this. This rule will be judged on a case by case basis. If the mod or admin finds the photo to be worthy, the infracting user will be warned or banned. Disagreements with the action taken can be filed in the Talk to the Mods/Admins section.

3. Racism is somewhat allowed. Please keep it clean and light-hearted, please do not let it get our control. If it does, it will be dealt with accordingly to the discretion of the Mod or Admin. Serious racial remarks directed at any member WILL NOT be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban. If any racism is bothersome to you please contact us in the Talk to the Mods/Admins section. Racism can be a touchy subject, please do not try to push the limits.

4. General trolling and/or asshatery is not tolerated. If you piss people off, you're out of here.

5. Spamming is not allowed. We have a B/S/T section, please use it. Selling products or services for a company is also not allowed unless cleared by the Admins. However, if you are an individual who offers a small time service such as gun customization and the like, we will allow this.

6. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for scamming. If you participate in any way, shape, or form of a scam, you will become Ban on Site status and will no longer be welcome in our forums. We are a tight-knit community and do not take kindly to people screwing others over in any way.

7. Have fun. We don't have to deal with the hypocrisy of PbN or any other site anymore, let's enjoy it

On teh banpan and warning

We have a 3 strike rule. Upon infraction of any rule, the infracting user will be issued a warning. Three warnings will result in a temporary ban. If user continues to break any rules a permanent ban will insue.

Posting any form of pornography will result in an immediate permanent ban and infracting user will become Ban on Site status.

Every situation has a varying degree of severity. If the moderator or administrator decides the instance is severe enough to bypass the 3 strike rule, a fitting ban will be issued. This is up to the discretion of the moderator or administrator. If you disagree with said instance, please post a complaint in the Talk to the Mods/Admins and your issue will be looked into.
